On June 30, the Media Rating Council (MRC) lifted its viewable impression advisory for video advertising and released the final version of the Viewable Impression Guidelines document. In light of this release, Jonah Goodhart, Co-Founder and CEO of Moat, and Kerel Cooper, ADI Senior Director of Digital Ad Platform Strategies, discussed the current state of viewability, its value to publishers and advertisers, and its impact on the future.
